Under the direction of the Senior Director, manage a portfolio of approximately 125-150 annual fund prospects and solicit gifts. Support and promote College's ongoing funding needs to portfolio of donors through creative use of cultivation and solicitation events. Serve as primary staff liaison for volunteer Reunion Committees and the Alumni Association Board members. Strategize volunteer engagement and outreach activities to reinforce College's strategic agenda. Develop and implement strategy for all annual fund fundraising initiatives. Conduct donor and prospect visits and any follow up. Consult with research staff and analyze donor history. Strategize acquisition of new members and maintain prospect lists. Develop and implement plans for annual fund giving from alumni. Interact with other fundraisers regarding annual fund program, stewardship program, alumni relations program, and research program; share information and promote coordination among all contacts with donors; recommend annual fund donors for consideration as capital campaign prospects.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree

Required Experience:
3 years' related experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience with development, fundraising, special event planning, cultivation and stewardship of donors, and staff supervision in an educational institution.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative, build a team atmosphere and interact with a diverse population. Ability to strategize and meet fundraising goals. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and desktop publishing software.
